Reimagining the urban landscape
EY Centre was created with the goal of contributing beauty, energy and activity to the surrounding urban landscape. The strategy behind its ground plane is to invite the city community in – revitalising the nearby laneways with high-quality retail, creative spaces, landscaping, integrated seating, heritage interpretation and public art. This includes five retail tenancies that are set to diverse range of services on both George and Underwood Streets.
